About

Some brands catch our attention. Others stay with us...

Not because they are louder, trendier, or more elaborate, but because they feel honest. Every detail reflects a clear vision. Every interaction feels intentional. Their identity isn't something they've put on, it's something they've uncovered.

I'm Burouj, and that belief is at the heart of what I do.

Based in Berlin, I create thoughtful brand identities for founder-led businesses in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle and slow fashion brands that care deeply about what they create and the experience they leave behind.

I believe branding is not just about creating something beautiful. It's about revealing the character of a business, expressing its values with clarity, and building a visual world that people instinctively trust. When strategy and design work together, a brand becomes more than recognizable, it becomes memorable, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably its own.

I trained as an architect before I designed a single brand. That discipline never left: foundation first, then form. Every identity I build is a structural decision before it is a visual one.

Philosophy

A brand becomes powerful when its essence is visible.

People do not buy objects. They buy emotion, identity, and the feeling of becoming someone. My work is to find the soul of a business and make it visible, so the right people recognize it instantly and trust it deeply.

That is why I refuse trends. Trends expire. Essence does not. Every identity I create is drawn from the business itself: its story, its place, its founder, its materials. The result feels inevitable rather than fashionable.

Culture Influence

Fluent in more than one way of seeing.

Being a native Arabic speaker didn't just give me two languages. It taught me to read a brand from more than one vantage point at once, to notice what each audience takes for granted, and to design for the gap between them rather than defaulting to either.

A faster read on what a founder's story actually means to different audiences, an eye for cultural perspectives and an identity that holds its meaning as it travels, rather than one that only makes sense in the room it was designed in.
How I work

Few clients. Full attention.

I intentionally take on a small number of projects at a time. Each one gets research, thought, and craft that cannot be rushed.

Some relationships continue past the first project, retained for ongoing strategic and creative direction as the brand grows. If we work together, you have my focus, my honesty, and a clear process from the first call to the final file.
